Maisie Bernice MILLHOUSE

BATAVIA - Maisie Bernice MILLHOUSE, 79, formerly of Batavia, died Friday, March 25, 1994, at Sunnyslope Care Center in Ottumwa.

The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Campbell-Kremer Funeral Home in Batavia with the Rev. George Koch officiating. Burial will be in Batavia Cemetery. Visitation is open at the funeral home with the family present from 7 to 8 p.m. tonight. Memorials may be directed to the family.

Mrs. Millhouse was born May 29, 1914, in Batavia, the daughter of Chester and Francis GOODRIDGE PARDUN. She was reared and educated in Batavia and spent her entire life in Wapello and Jefferson counties. On Dec. 12, 1929, she married Howard MILLHOUSE in Lancaster, Mo. He preceded her in death. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are three daughters, Doris WYATT of Fairfield, Marcella DYE of Eldon, Genevieve KNOTT of Jacksonville, Ill.; 31 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, a son, four grandchildren, a brother and a sister.
