MRS. PERRY HICKENBOTTOM PASSED AWAY THIS MORNING

After an illness extending over the past six months, the death of Mrs. Perry HICKENBOTTOM occurred this morning shortly after five o'clock, at aged fifty-one years, and is survived by her husband, two daughters and three sons.

The family have been residents of their community for many years, and have many friends who regret to learn of the death of Mrs. HICKENBOTTOM. Definite funeral arrangements had not been made this afternoon.

Admin. note: Though this obituary doesn't mention Mrs. HICKENBOTTOM's given and maiden names, she was Rosa Belle PARSONS, born in 1869. She and husband Perry, who died in 1951, are buried in Union Cemetery in Lockridge Township, Jefferson County, IA.
