Cody Lee CHATFIELD

Cody Lee CHATFIELD, infant son of Frank L. and Melinda M. MARTIN CHATFIELD, died Monday, Dec. 7, 1992, at Jefferson County Hospital.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Todd Follette officiating. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 tonight at Behner Funeral Home.

Cody was born Oct. 10, 1992, in Fairfield. He is survived by his parents; grandparents, Curt and Paula MORTON of Batavia, Alice CHATFIELD of Fairfield, Jack CHATFIELD of Stockton; great-grandparents, Ron and Darlene MARTIN, Patty MORRIS, all of Fairfield, Warren and Ione LISK of What Cheer, Gerald CORRICK of Sigourney; Great-great-grandparents, Beulah CORRICK of Sigourney, Myrtle CARMICHAEL of Fairfield; step-great-grandparents, Lee and Sue MORTON of Fairfield. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Randy Lee MARTIN.
