BRIGHTON - Louisa E. FARRIER, 91, died at her home in Brighton Saturday afternoon April 2.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 2 p.m., at the Gould Funeral Home in Brighton with Rev. Robin Hours officiating. Burial will be in the Sandy Hook Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for respiratory equipment for the Brighton Volunteer Fire Department.
Mrs. FARRIER was born Nov. 24, 1885 in Brighton to William and Rosetta MILLER STOUT. Her early years were spent with her parents in Montana. They returned to Iowa in a covered wagons. The rest of her life was spent in Brighton.
On Dec. 31, 1901, she married Orval M. FARRIER. He died July 24, 1935.
She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Gladys FARRIER of Brighton; two grandsons; six great-grandchildren; and two brothers, William STOUT of Ohio and Leonard STOUT of Endeavor, Wis.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in eath by one son, one daughter and three brothers.
