Susanna Felder, 63, of 402 W. Washington Ave., died at 11:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2003, at her home.

The body has been cremated. No local services are planned.

Memorials can be made to Maharishi University of Management for library books.

Behner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was born Nov. 21, 1939, in Philadelphia, Pa., the daughter of Robert Rex and Emily Cobb Downie. She married Wilfred Sellars in 1985. He died in 1990.

She lived in Fairfield for the past five years and previously lived in Montana. Before moving to Fairfield she taught at University of Pittsburgh.

She was associated with Maharishi University of Management and the National Organization for Women and the Sierra Club.

Survivors include two brothers, Joe Downie of Aliquippa, Pa., and Rex Downie of Beaver Falls, Pa.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.
