CENTERVILLE -- Dan Lee TWEEDY, 70, former well known Fairfield resident and a Dexter employe(e), died Sunday, June 23 at 4:10 p.m. Centerville.
Funeral services will be held in Centerville at the Johnson Funeral Chapel Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. with burial in Centerville.
He was born near Douds September 3, 1902, the son of William Albert and Susan Florence WINTERS TWEEDY. He was preceded in eath by his wife, Opal, October 8, 1972.
Surviving is a sister, Mary E. McCLEARY of Maplewood Manor, Keota, and a brother, Harold L. TWEEDY of Fort Madison and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
