Avin Lex NICHOLS, 51, former resident of Glasgow, died at the Vets Hospital in Knoxville Iowa on Monday. Burial in Glasgow Cem.

Born near Stockport Iowa Jan 18, 1926, he was the
son of Clarence and Ruby ROSENBURGER NICHOLS. On
July 1, l949 he married Audrey GARMOE at Fairfield

Veteran of WW II. Survived by widow and four children Mrs. Susan SCHNEIDER of Montgomery City
MO, Michael, Tom and Sarah all at home, his father and stepmother of Lockridge; two grandchildren, one sister Mrs. Kethleen BROOKS of Galva IL, two brothers Gerald of Lockridge and Hillis of Belfast ME. He was preceded by his
mother Ruby.
