LUEDTKE Rites 2 P.M. Saturday

Last rites will be Saturday at the Weston Behner funeral home for Mrs. E. T. LUEDTKE, well-known Fairfield resident who passed away Thursday in the Mercy hospital at Davenport. She passed away only 30 minutes after she was admitted.

The services will be held at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Alton Koch of Mt. Pleasant officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. LUEDTKE had been a resident of Fairfield for the past five years, her home was at 609 W. Jefferson. She went to Davenport during the holidays to visit her daughters and became ill. Before moving to Fairfield she had lived on a farm near Lockridge.

Mrs. Auguusta (sic - Augusta) M. LUEDTKE, 73, was born May 22, 1886, in Springfield, Ill., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry SCHROEDER. She was married to E. T. LUEDTKE (sic - Ernest Theodore LUEDTKE) on Dec. 20, 1906, at Norman, Okla. He passed away Dec. 23, 1957.

Mrs. LUEDTKE was a member of the Faith Lutheran church at Mt. Pleasant.

She is survived by the following children: August LUEDTKE, Fairfield; Mrs. Anna ANDERSON, Mt. Pleasant; Martin LUEDTKE, Stronghurst, Ill.; and Elsie and Helen LUEDTKE, Davenport. Five grandchildren, three step grandchildren, six great grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Clara WELLMAN, Shawnee, Okla.; and Mrs. Eda FINCHUM, Moore, Okla., one brother, Fred SCHROEDER, Tulsa, Okla., also survive.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters.
