“Death of Mrs. John Leech of Black Hawk Township; McDowell Cemetery. Maria Jane, youngest daughter of Lewis & Charlotte Woolley, born July 3 1842 at Pennington Point, McDonough County, Ill.; married at same place Jan 7 1867. Leaves husband and two sons, Judson and Harry.”
