Catherine RODENMAYER

Catherine RODENMAYER (sic. Catherine V RODENMAYER on her headstone inscription), 83, former Fairfield resident, died at 1 a.m. today, May 4, 1990, at Maple Leaf Manor Nursing Home in Mount Pleasant, where she had lived since December 1987.

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. John Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call at their convenience. A memorial has been established to First Lutheran Church.

Mrs. RODENMAYER was born Feb. 21, 1907, at Aurora, Ill., the daughter of Elmer and Mae McCLAREN. She married Alfred J. RODENMAYER Oct. 20, 1930. He died May 2, 1988. She was a member of First Lutheran Church and Order of Eastern Star.

Surviving are a daughter, Marilyn DIERS of Lockridge, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. An infant son, a daughter, Margaret, four sisters and two brothers preceded her in death.
