Raymond Dean CLINE

Raymond Dean CLINE, 73, of Washington, Iowa, formerly of Brighton, died Saturday, June 16, 2012, at All-American Care in Washington.

The body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at First Church of God in Brighton, with the Rev. Ryan Meader officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. (Note - in Washington County, IA)

Visitation with the family will begin at 10 a.m. prior to the service. A light lunch will follow the service.

Memorials to Hospice of Central Iowa in Mount Pleasant may be left at the church or mailed to the family at P.O. Box 313, Brighton 52540.

Arrangements are in the care of Gould Funeral Home of Brighton.

Mr. CLINE was born in Washington Sept. 12, 1938, the son of W. Earl and Mabel SHULL CLINE.

He attended country schools in Washington and Jefferson counties. He had been a farm laborer and general laborer. He lived most of his life in Brighton until moving to a nursing home in 2004.

Survivors include two sisters, Carrol SHELANGOSKI of Brighton and Alice GARCIA of East Moline, Ill.; three brothers, Jerry of Brighton, Richard of East Moline and Russel of Winfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Kennith, Dale and Walter.
