Private rites for HILLMAN

Private family services for Harper E. HILLMAN, 90, will be held at the Raymond Funeral Home with Dr. Charles Sloca officiating. Burial will be in the New Sweden Cemetery (sic - Methodist).

Friends may call at the funeral hall at their own convenience.

HILLMAN, a resident of the Salina Community, died Tuesday at the Nelson Nursing Home.

Harper E. HILLMAN was born May 26, 1882 (sic - 1892), in the Salina Community, the son of Alsin and Huldah BURGESON HILLMAN. He lived his entire life on the same family farm one mile east Salina.

He married Ruth MONSON April 19, 1916, in Barhydt Chapel on Parsons College Campus. He was a farmer and a member of the New Sweden Methodist Church.

Survivors include his widow; two sons, Myron and Carroll, both of Salina; and a daughter, Bernice CLARK, Fairfield.

HILLMAN was preceded in death by four sisters.
