Helen McMILLAN

MT. PLEASANT - Helen McMILLAN, 75, of Mt. Pleasant died Wednesday at Little Rock, Ark.

Born Jan. 31, 1907, Mrs. McMILLAN was the daughter of Evo and Mary VAN DE VOORD VANDERSNICK. On June 29, 1936, she married Harold J. McMILLAN, who preceded her in death March 30, 1973. She was a member of St. Alphonsus Church, the altar and rosary society and worked at Van's Lunch, all in Mt. Pleasant.

Survivors include one son: Jerry D., Jacksonville, Ark.; one brother and two sisters: Joseph A., Amelia J. (Dick) VANDERSNICK, and Mrs. Dale (Marie) WICK, all of Mt. Pleasant; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Alphonsus Church in Mt. Pleasant with the Rev. Thomas Spiegel officiating. Interment will be in the Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Fairfield with the Rev. William Sullivan officiating.

Friends may call as desired after noon Friday at the Weir Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, where the parish will recite the rosary at 7 p.m. Friday. The family will receive friends after the rosary.
