HUFF Rites On Sunday

LOCKRIDGE -- Howard V. HUFF, 67, Route 2, Lockridge, died at 1:05 a.m., today at St. Luke's Hospital in Davenport.

The funeral will be Sunday, Feb. 1 at 3 p.m., at the Round Prairie Baptist Church with the Rev. Allen Cheatham of Fairfield and Rev. Gary Lanman of Davenport officiating. Interment will be in the Glasgow (sic - Glasgow Cemetery). A memorial fund has been established.

HUFF was born Nov. 2, 1908, in Van Buren County, the son of Harry and Ora Belle PETTIT HUFF.

On May 18, 1932, he was married to Linnie Macil LITTON. He is retired farmer in the Round Prairie community and a member of the Round Prairie Baptist Church.

HUFF is survived by his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Fred (Molli) MARTIN of Davenport and Mrs. Bill (Levore) PHELPS of Milan; five grandchildren; one brother, Maurice HUFF of Fairfield and one sister, Mrs. Marjorie CAMPBELL of rural Bonaparte.
