Rites for F. THOMSON

LIBERTYVILLE. -- Mrs. Fern M. THOMSON, 83, died Monday at 11:30 p.m., at the home of her son, Stanley THOMSON in Des Moines.

The funeral will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Libertyville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jack Weida officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery. The casket will be taken to the church at 11 a.m., on Thursday from the Campbell Funeral Home in Eldon.

Mrs. THOMSON was born March 1, 1892 in Libertyville, the daughter of Augustus and Cecilia BALDING RINIKER. She attended Parsons College and graduated from Drake University with a music degree. She was a piano teacher for many years in the Libertyville Community. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

She was married to George R. THOMSON on April 14, 1921. He died in 1966. She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter.

Surviving are her son, Stanley, and seven grandchildren.
