Thomas Scott THAYER, 60, of Fairfield died at his home on Saturday, June 9, 2012.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday a the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield with the Rev. Phil Campbell officiating. The body was cremated. Interment will be at a later date.
Memorials may be directed to the National Kidney Foundation and to the American Diabetes Association.

Mr. THAYER was born April 10, 1952, in Culver City, Calif., the son of Frank Dwight and Lavon Marie SMITH TAYLOR. He married Darcel EVERETT Dec. 18, 1971, in Covina, Calif.
He grew up in Covina and graduated from Charter Oak High School.
Mr. THAYER and his wife lived in Douds and have lived in Fairfield for the past 13 years. He owned and operated Mega Bites Computer Store.
He was a member of the Full Gospel Businessmen's Association.
Survivors include his wife; and one son, Thomas HILTY of Fairfield; two sisters Patricia ROSE of South Pasadena, Calif., and Theresa THAYER of San Dimas, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister Vondel ROSE.
