Joan Elizabeth BUSSEY, 61, 506 E. Monroe, died at 9:08 a.m. today at the Jefferson County Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was admitted to the hospital Aug. 23.
Services are pending at the Raymond Funeral Home.
The daughter of Douglas and Gail ANDREW (sic - ANDREWS) NASH, Mrs. BUSSEY was born Oct. 1, 1922. Her husband, Lewis BUSSEY, died June 14, 1983.

Services for Joan E. BUSSEY, 61, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Raymond Funeral Home. Phillip E. Young will officiate with cremation to follow.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Jefferson County Hospital or the Fairfield Public Library.
Mrs. BUSSEY died at 9:08 a.m. Monday at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been a patient since Aug. 23.
Joan E. BUSSEY was born Oct. 1, 1922, in Allegan, Mich. (sic. Allegan, Allegan county, Mich.). She was the daughter of Douglas and Gail ANDREWS NASH. She lived most of her life in Allegan until the family moved to Fairfield in 1960.
Her marriage to Lewis BUSSEY took place Nov. 15, 1941, in Allegan. He died June 14, 1983. Mrs. BUSSEY was a member of the Episcopal Church.
Mrs. BUSSEY is survived by two sons: Michael, Lake St. Louis, Mo., and Bruce, Fairfield; a daughter, Nina LISK, Fairfield; four granddaughters; her mother, Gail NASH, Allegan; and a sister, Becky GIBSON, Allegan.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. BUSSEY was preceded in death by her father and a brother.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF JOAN E. BUSSEY, DECEASED:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 20TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1983, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOAN E. BUSSEY, DECEASED BEARING DATE OF THE 26TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1983, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT MICHAEL BUSSEY, BRUCE BUSSEY AND NINA LISK WERE APPOINTED EXECUTORS OF SAID ESTATE.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
