Robert Woodrow FERREL, 86, of Mesa, Ariz., died today, Thursday, Nov. 11, 1999, in Mesa.
The body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at the Club House in Mesa. Burial will be at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Club House in Mesa or the cancer fund. The family requests no flowers.
Mr. FERREL was born Nov. 10, 1913, in Libertyville, the son of Columbus and Anna MALLAMS FERREL. He married Alberta DOUGHERTY 65 years ago.
He grew up locally and worked as a janitor in several area locations. He was a member of the Christian church.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Mary Jolene QUINLEY; two grandsons; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Elaine BONNETT of Fairfield.
He was preceded in death by one grandson; six brothers, Wilbur, James, Frank, Floyd, Lloyd and Ivyl FERREL; and five sisters, Emily LAUGHLIN, Esther STUMP, Erma STUMP, Elsa CRAWFORD and Evelyn BONNETT.
Mrs. FERREL's address is 9501 E. Broadway, Space 29, Mesa, Ariz. 85208.

Admin. note: Robert and Alberta's joint gravestone is in Lot 3rd.188 in Evergreen Cemetery. As of 2008, there is no death date for Alberta on the stone.
