BATAVIA - Earl Eugene WARD, 32, of Anaheim, Calif., died Friday, June 18, 1993, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Campbell-Kremer Funeral Home in Batavia with Keevin Koch officiating. The casket will be closed. Burial will be in Batavia Cemetery. Open visitation will begin after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the family present from 7 to 8 that night. A memorial fund has been established.
WARD was born Jan. 24, 1961, in Arbor City, Calif., the son of Ralph and Evelyn MILLER WARD, former Batavia residents. He graduated from Fullerton High School in Fullerton, Calif., in 1979, lived in Phoenix for 2 years and in Iowa for three years. He was formerly employed by the meat packing plant in Marshalltown and by Excel Corporation in Ottumwa.
Surviving are a daughter, Danielle of Buffalo, N.Y.; his parents of Anaheim; and a sister, Rhonda HUGHES of Villa Park, Calif. His grandparents preceded him in death.
