Chenzie Narducci, 79, of Woodridge, Ill., died Friday, Oct. 31, 2003, at Edward Hospital in Naperville, Ill.

The funeral was held at 10:30 a.m. today at Hallowell and James Funeral Home in Downers Grove, Ill. Burial was in Clarendon Hills Cemetery in Darien, Ill.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Greater Chicago Chapter, 500 N. Dearborn, Suite 305, Chicago, Ill. 60610-4901.

Mrs. Narducci was born Dec. 18, 1923, in Chicago, Ill.

She was a resident of Woodridge for 44 years and was a homemaker. She practiced Transcendental Meditation for 28 years and her pastimes included reading.

Survivors include her husband, John D. Narducci; four sons, Tony Narducci of Chicago, John Narducci and wife Brenda of Fairfield; Ron Narducci and wife Diane of Brookfield, Ill., and Jeff Narducci of Woodridge; and five grandchildren.
