Robert E. GOLDSTEIN

Robert E. GOLDSTEIN, 98, of Fairfield died at 4:30 a.m. Sunday, April 29, 2012, at SunnyBrook Living Center.

The funeral is Tuesday at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Fla., with service through the Riverside-Gordan Memorial Chapels of Delray Beach, Fla.

Mr. GOLDSTEIN was born Nov. 13, 1913, in New York, N.Y., the son of Alexander and Anna LIEBOWITZ GOLDSTEIN. He married Cecily RITTER Aug. 29, 1954, at Rockville Center, N.Y.

Mr. GOLDSTEIN was an attorney and had served in the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include one son William GOLDSTEIN and wife Leslee of Fairfield; one daughter Ellen GOLDSTEIN of Hagerstown, Md.; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, four siblings and his parents.
