DEATH TAKES MRS. NORVAL (sic.)

Mrs. Charles S. NORVAL (sic. NORVELL), 79, resident of Fairfield for 40 years, passed away at the Jefferson county hospital at 9:30 p.m. yesterday. She had been ill only four days and entered the hospital Thursday at 5:00 p.m.

Last rites will be held at the Hoskins funeral home at 1:30 p.m. Sunday with Rev. S. P. Williamson in charge. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Adie NORVAL was born June 27, 1867 (sic. other cemetery transcriptions use January 27, 1867), at Milton, Iowa, the daughter of the late William and Joan DAVIS CASADY. She had lived in Fairfield the past 40 years. He husband preceded her in death August 8, 1933.

She is survived by two sons, Edmund, Pemberville, Ohio; and Joe D., Des Moines; and five grandchildren.
