Death takes K. RODIBAUGH

Word has been received here of the death of Karl RODIBAUGH, 64, of Kent, Washington. He died Nov. 20 at the Swedish Cancer Hospital in Seattle.

The son of Abe E. and Lula (SULLIVAN) RODIBAUGH, he was born June 30, 1911, near Libertyville. He attended rural schools in Jefferson County and was a graduate from the Packwood High School.

RODIBAUGH was in government work for about 35 years in Washington, D.C. and Seattle, and spent two years in the Navy during World War II. He retired from his government work nine years ago.

Survivors include his widow, one son, a daughter, a step-daughter, and three grandchildren.

He is also survived by a brother, William RODIBAUGH, 503 N. Court; and a sister, Mrs. Florence WATKINS, Libertyville.

He was preceded in death by one son.

(First marriage was to Mary Louise SMITH. Second spouse was Elizabeth P. WEBER. I have researched the RODABAUGH/RODIBAUGH lineage since about 1975.)
