Graveside Rites For Fred ROHRER

Graveside services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Evergreen cemetery for Fred R. (sic - Fred H.) ROHRER, former Fairfield resident who passed away Thursday at Dysart, Iowa, where he was a patient in a nursing home. His home was at Marengo.

The services will be in charge of the Rev. J. Roland Crandall with the Raymond funeral home in charge of arrangements. The body is at the funeral home.

While a resident of Fairfield several years ago, ROHRER was employed at the Ray Maxwell grocery store, also at the Louden Machinery company and Iowa Malleable Iron company.

Fred H. ROHRER, 80, was born Aug. 20, 1881, at Canton, Ill., the son of Hiram and Emma BARNES ROHRER. He was united in marriage to Hazel CONLEE.

He is survived by one son, John C. ROHRER, El Cajon, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. Florence PAINE, Orinda, Calif.; and a brother, Ernest ROHRER, Fairfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one infant child, one brother and a sister.
