Tuesday, November 6, 1990 - Page 12Marlene E. SANAGHAN LOCKRIDGE - Marlene E. SANAGHAN, 56, rural Lockridge, died at 6:55 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, 1990, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Lockridge Baptist Church with the Rev. Ed Bonnett and the Rev. Ed Newman officiating. Burial will be in Lockridge Cemetery. Family visitation will be 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield. Memorials have been established to Lockridge Baptist Church and the Lockeridge Senior Citizen Site.
Mrs. SANAGHAN was born Dec. 19, 1933, at Libertyville, the daughter of John W. and Velvah TEETER BONNETT. She grew up in the Libertyville area, lived in East Pleasant Plain, and attended Fairfield High School. She married James SANAGHAN Sept. 19, 1950, in Fairfield and lived her entire married life at Lockridge. She was a homemaker, secretary for the Lockridge Senior Citizen Site for many years and had worked at Metromail Corporation in Mount Pleasant. She was affiliated with the Lockridge Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband; three daughters, Jane LOGAN of Mount Pleasant, Janice MARTIN of Fairfield, Deborah GREINER of Lockridge; a son, Steven of Lockridge; nine grandchildren; her mother of Fairfield; three sisters, Delores FIELDS of Libertyville, Fern CAVES of Galesburg, Ill., and Sharon POTTER of Fairfield. He father preceded her in death.
