DEATHS

ANTON ULRICH NEIS

Anton Ulrich NEIS, of near Richland, passed away at the Jefferson County hospital Sunday morning at 7 oclock after an illness of two months. At the time of his death he was about 66 years of age. He was preceded in death by his wife who died November 21, 1929. Funeral services were held this afternoon at 1 oclock from his home and at 2 oclock from McDowel chapel with interment in Evergreen cemetery.

He is survived by a niece, Mrs. Delbert MACY, northeast of Fairfield, and a nephew, Lee OSWALT of near Richland.

He was married March 27, 1895 to Margaret Elizabeth OSWALT. They lived in Guthrie county nine years and in Iowa county nine years before moving to Richland where he has since made his home.
