G. ELLIOTT dies at 58

Glenn R. ELLIOTT, 58, former Fairfield resident, died at 8:30 a.m. Monday at a Riverside, Calif., hospital following a heart attack. His home was at 4235 Lido Drive, Riverside, 92503.

Funeral services will be Thursday at Sierra Memorial Chapel, Riverside, with burial in Veterans National Cemetery, Loma Linda, Calif.

ELLIOTT was born Feb. 26, 1921 in Macon County, Mo., the son of Clarence and Helen GRAMMER ELLIOTT. He was educated in Fairfield schools. He served in the Coast Guard in World War II. On Feb. 27, 1948 he married Louise BUCHER ELLIOTT of Libertyville. The couple lived in Fairfield before moving to California.

Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mary Lou McCLUNG of Mount Nebo, W. Va., Jeanne PETTEY of Redlands, Calif.; seven grandschildren; one sister, Marjorie McVICAR of Brownsville, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one grandchild.
