Page 8, Column 4H. ELLIOTT Dies At 79
Mrs. Helen ELLIOTT, 79, 805 W. Broadway, died Thursday at 11:40 a.m. at the Jefferson County Hospital. She had been a patient there for the past 18 days.
Services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home with Elder Fred Schmid officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. ELLIOTT was born Jan. 8, 1896 in Jefferson County near Batavia, the daughter of Albert and Della HANEY GRAMMER. She was reared and educated in Jefferson County. She also taught schools in the county for three years.
She was married May 15, 1917 to Clarence R. ELLIOTT. He died April 5, 1959.
Mrs. ELLIOTT was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. James McVICAR, Brownsville, Calif., and one son Glenn R. ELLIOTT, Riverside, Calif.
Also surviving are two granddaughters, six great-grandchildren; a brother, Forrest GRAMMER, Eldon; a sister, Mrs. Darrell GRIFFIN, Riverside, Calif.; a half-sister, Mrs. Lloyd MADDOX, Macon, Mo.; and a step-sister, Mrs. Lucile, BARRELL, East Moline, Ill.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF HELEN ELLIOTT, DECEASED:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 21ST DAY OF JANUARY, 1976, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HELEN ELLIOTT DECEASED BEARING DATE OF THE 28TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1967, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT MARJORIE MCVICAR WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF SAID ESTATE.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ALL PERSONS INDEBTED TO SAID ESTATE ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT TO THE UNDERSIGNED, AND CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST SAID ESTATE SHALL FILE THEM WITH THE CLERK OF THE ABOVE NAMED DISTRICT COURT, AS PROVIDED BY LAW, DULY AUTHENTICATED, FOR ALLOWANCE; AND UNLESS SO FILED WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE (UNLESS OTHERWISE ALLOWED OR PAID) SUCH CLAIM SHALL THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
