Frank M. Peck, 85, died Thursday morning at his home south of Brighton. …..Burial in St. Mary’s cemetery at Polishville. Born Jan. 8, 1880 near East Pleasant Plain, son of Theodore and Mary Peck. Attended the Pleasant Plain Academy and taught school for five years. Jan. 25, 1910 married Bertha Drish at St. Mary’s church at Polishville. Was a farmer for 47 years and a member of St. Joseph church at East Pleasant Plain. Survived by one son and one daughter, Esther Peck and David Peck at home, and one brother, Peter Peck of Richland. Preceded in death by his wife, one daughter, two sisters and three brothers. Casket bearers were Joe Hook, Hubert Peck, William Peck, McCoy Drish, Charles Ruby, Roy Lamansky.

BRIGHTON, Ia. -- Frank M. PECK, 85, died Thursday morning at his home south of Brighton. He had been in failing health for some time.
Services will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m., at St. Joseph church at East Pleasant Plain with Father Edward J. Shepherd in charge. Burial will be at St. Mary's cemetery at Polishville. The rosary will be recited tonight at 7:30 p.m., at the Gould Funeral home.
PECK was born Jan. 8, 1880 near East Pleasant Plain. His parents were Theodore and Mary PECK. He attended the Pleasant Plain academy and taught school for five years.
On Jan. 23, 1910, he married Bertha DRISH at St. Mary's church at Polishville.
PECK was a farmer for 47 years. He was a member of St. Joseph church at East Pleasant Plain.
He is survived by one son and one daughter, Esther PECK and David PECK at home, and one brother, Peter PECK of Richland.
He was preceded in death by his wife, one daughter, two sisters and three brothers.
