FAIRFIELD LEDGER, Sat. Sept. 10, 1955 (4-3).
Mrs. Frank M. Peck died last night at her home south of Brighton. Burial in Polishville cemetery. Bertha Josephine Peck was born in Chicago, Ill., June 23, 1887, daughter of Irvin and Johanna Supalla Drish; married June 25, 1910 to Frank M. Peck in the St. Mary Church at Polishville…..Survivors are husband, one son, David, and a daughter, Esther, both at home, and one brother, Egnus Drish of Davenport. Preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, two sisters and a brother.

BRIGHTON -- Mrs. Frank M. PECK, 68, of south of Brighton died at 7 p.m. Friday following a short illness.
The body is at the Omar Hoskins funeral home in Brighton and will be taken to the family home Sunday where rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday. The body will be taken to St. Mary's Catholic church in Polishville Monday for services at 9:30 a.m. in charge of Rev. L. J. Bergthold. Burial will be in the Polishville cemetery (sic - St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery).
Mrs. PECK was born in Chicago June 22, 1887, the daughter of Irvin DRISH and Johanna SUPPALLA (sic - SUPALLA) DRISH. She was married to Frank PECK June 25, 1910. They lived on a farm west of Pleasant Plain for eight years before moving south of Brighton where they had lived the past 37 years.
Survivors include her husband; one son, David; one daughter, Ennus DRISH of Davenport. She was preceded in death by a daughter, her parents, two sisters and one brother.
