MRS. P.C. WEBBER PASSED AWAY

Ill Several Months; Funeral Arrangements Not Yet Completed

Laura Etta Jane SWOPE, daughter of John and Sarah SWOPE was born near Glasgow, April 7, 1861 and passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. S. C. DOUGLAS (sic. Mary Jane WEBBER DOUGLAS, Mrs. Samuel Clarence DOUGLAS), Jan. 18, 1926 at 6:30 A.M. after an illness of several months.

On Feb. 12, 1878 she was united in marriage to Philip C. WEBBER, who died Nov. 24th, 1923. Two children, Mrs. Cora CAMP and C.L. WEBBER have preceded her in death. John WEBBER of Stockport, Mrs. S.C. DOUGLAS, V. W. WEBBER (sic. Victor Wilson WEBBER) of Fairfield; Mrs. O.S. WALLACE of Holt Summit, Mo.; Mrs. C. F. BOWERMASTER (sic. Carolyn Anna WEBBER BOWERMASTER, Mrs. Charles F. BOWERMASTER) of Centennial, Wyo., and two sisters, Mrs. Emily BELOT of Mankato, Kans., and Mrs. Mary B. CASE, of Estherville, Ia., survive.

She has been a life long member of the Christian church and the funeral will be in charge of Rev. R. H. Polly but definite arrangements have not been made awaiting word from relatives.
