Albert C. SMITH, age 69, died at his home 4 ½ miles southeast of Brighton Friday morning. He was born Nov. 4, 1845 in Walnut township and had lived there practically all his life. He was married on March 12, 1879 to Miss Louise MILLER who preceded him in death March 8, 1908. He is survived by two sons, Earl of Walnut township, Alvia of near Rubio and Elizabeth who has kept house for her father since her mother’s death. Funeral services were held Sunday morning conducted by Rev. Pettiburg of the Germanville Lutheran Church, with burial beside his wife in the cemetery there.
