Illness Is Fatal To Orlie A. DOROTHY, 46,
Resident of Abingdon

ABINGDON, Ia. --- Orlie A. DOROTHY, 46, died at his home here this morning. He had been seriously ill three months.

DOROTHY was the son of Herman and Mintie DOROTHY and was born February 4, 1904 at Ottumwa. He spent most of his life in the Abingdon community.

He is survived by his mother; three brothers, Carrol and Floyd of Ottumwa; and Arvid of Abingdon; two sisters, Mrs. Amy SIPE of Blakesburg, Ia. and Mrs. Martha HUFFMAN, Des Moines.

Funeral services will be Thursday a 2 p,m, at the Abingdon Christain church with Rev. Ralph Johnson in charge. Burial will be in the Abingdon cemetery. The body is at the Campbell Funeral chapel in Batavia.
