Guy M. HARRISON

Guy M. HARRISON, 84, 207 E. Burlington Ave., died Friday, May 18, 1990, at the Jefferson County Hospital.

He was born Aug. 28, 1905, the son of John A. and Cora May BROWN HARRISON. He married Lela FITE on April 28, 1928, at Batavia.

Harrison was a lifelong resident of Jefferson county, and worked in the retail dairy business and for Rimac Dairy. He retired in 1970 after 27 years with Railway Express. He was a member of the First Christian Church.

Surviving are his wife; one son, Lee HARRISON of Fairfield; one daughter, Darlene COYLE of Sauk City, Wis.; one grandchild; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Ralph HARRISON, and one sister, Edna ALLISON, both of Libertyville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Merle, "Andy", C. F. "Bob" and William HARRISON, and three sisters, Beula KIEWS, Jessie HUFFMAN, and Mary HERMAN.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Gates officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends between 7 and 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

A memorial has been established to the First Christian Church in Fairfield.
