HARRY KELTNER DIES SUDDENLY

Harry D. KELTNER, former National Guard officer and employee in the in the office at the Malleable Iron company, passed away suddenly last night at the Mt. Pleasant state hospital where he had been a patient the past several years.

The body has been returned to Weston Behner funeral home where last rites are pending.

Harry D. KELTNER was born March 19, 1904. in Jefferson county, Iowa. the son of Charles and Daisy WOLLUM KELTNER. He was united in marriage on March 19, 1924, to Agnes MILLER. The wedding took place at Ottumwa.

KELTNER was employed for several years at the Malleable before his health failed him. He was also active in the local National Guard and was a second lieutenant in the Service company when he was forced to retire.

He was greatly interested in military life and its activities, and was author of a military manual on military finance. He was considered an expert in military paper work and office routine.

KELTNER, a member of the Four Square church, is survived by his wife and one sister, Mrs. Daniel KIRCHNER, Colorado Springs, Colo. He is also survived by his step-mother, Mrs. Viola KELTNER, Fairfield.
