Mildred A. ROSS

Mildred A. ROSS, 81, of Niles, Mich., former Fairfield resident, died Sunday, Dec. 19, 1993, at Pawating Hospital in Niles after a short illness.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Halbritter Funeral Home in Niles.

Mrs. ROSS was born March 17, 1912, in Fairfield, the daughter of Harry and Victoria KENNEDY. On July 6, 1935, she married Howard ROSS in Fairfield. He died Nov. 11, 1988. She was employed by Tyler Refrigeration of Niles and was a life-member of Preceptor Beta Chi Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi.

Surviving are a daughter, Patricia HURLEY of St. Joseph, Mich.; a son, David of Elkhart, Ind.; two grandchildren; and two sisters, Helen CUTTS of Fairfield and Josephine MCCARTY of Dalton, Ill.
