Orland TALLMAN

Orland Lawrence TALLMAN, 80, 602 S. sixth St., died at 5:24 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, 1989, at Jefferson County Hospital.

The service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Lutheran Church with the Rev. John Meyer and the Rev. Hoyt L. Whitebread officiating. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.

TALLMAN was born Nov. 6, 1908, in Murray, the son of Edward and Lulu BARBER TALLMAN. He married Violet MESSER Jan. 21, 1933, in Monmouth, Ill. She survives. He worked for the CB and Q Railroad for over 20 years. A member of First Lutheran Church, he lived in Fairfield for almost 60 years and before that in Lockridge and Murray. A brother, Bernard, preceded him in death.
