Roberta Kay BRINKMEIER

Roberta Kay BRINKMEIER, 53, of Sedalia, Ky., died at 10:50 p.m. Saturday, June 14, 1997, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY.

The graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Norman Channel officiating. Family visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home. Memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association. All cards and letters should be sent to the Dennis and Barbara MERCER family, 2414 U.S. Highway 34, Fairfield.

Mrs. BRINKMEIER was born June 12, 1944, in Fairfield, the daughter of Robert J. and Frances O. BLACK PRUNTY. She married Keith L. BRINKMEIER on Jan. 1, 1961, in Lanark, Ill. She attended schools in Fairfield and Illinois. She moved from Fairfield in 1955. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband; her parents of Hardy, Ark.; three sons. Kelly of Sedalia, Patrick of Ripley, Tenn., and Brent of Fairfield; one daughter, Brenda HELTERBRAN of Fairfield; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; two brothers, Robert W. PRUNTY of Tiskilwa, Ill., and Vern PRUNTY of Des Moines; two sisters, Barbara MERCER of Fairfield, and Elaine LEWIS of Alverado, Texas; grandmother Zenith BLACK of Fairfield and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three grandparents, two sons, one nephew and one great-nephew.
