Rites held for Bonnie NELSON

Services were held at the Fremont Funeral Chapel Sunday afternoon for Fairfield resident Bonnie NELSON. Mrs. NELSON, 92, died Thursday afternoon at Nelson Nursing Home,

Mrs. Nelson was born June 26, 1892, near Abingdon, the daughter of Frank and Lillian TRENT GOBBLE. She married Roy Edward HARTMAN in 1910. He died in 1952.

She married Virda NELSON in 1960 and the couple lived in Ollie and Hedrick areas until they moved to the nursing home. NELSON died in 1979.

Mrs. NELSON is survived by one son, Richard HARTMAN, Branden, Wis., and seven stepchildren. A son, stepson, a brother and a sister preceded her in death.

The Rev. Kermit Black officiated at Sunday’s service. Burial was at the Packwood Cemetery.
