Edrith Virginia GRIMES, 90, of Packwood, died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2005, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2005, at Behner Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Cary and Rev. Frosty VanVoorst officiating.
Burial will be in Packwood Cemetery in Packwood.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Monday, Sept. 19, 2005, with the family present from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Behner Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Packwood Christian Church.

Mrs. GRIMES was born Feb. 8, 1915, in Bellville, the daughter of Orville and Ruby HALE RUGGLES. She married Donald Richard GRIMES on Nov. 29, 1934, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. He preceded her in death Sept. 22, 1988.
A resident of Packwood all her life, Edrith was a member of the Packwood Christian Church, C.W.F. and TTT. She was a gifted gardener and grew beautiful flowers. Edrith also enjoyed and raised canaries.
Survivors include her son, Donovan C. GRIMES and wife Karen of Glendale, Ariz.; her daughter Connie THOMA of Packwood; four grandchildren, Donovan GRIMES of Libertyville, Doug GRIMES of Glendale, and Tammy and Todd THOMA of Kankakee, Ill.; four great-grandchildren, Wendy and Wes HARTLEY, Chris GRIMES and Cole JARVIS; one great-great-granddaughter, Sarah JOHNSON. Surviving siblings are a brother, Cedric RUGGLES of Fairfield, and a sister, Eloise BAUMGARTNER of Ollie.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
