Mrs. Osee Ivy BOTTGER passed away unexpectedly at her home , February 3, 1945, at the age of 74 years, 28 days.

The daughter of Nicholas Riley and Lydia Lucinda FYE, she was born in the north part of Jefferson county, January 6, 1871, just a few miles south of the community where she spent the rest of her life.

Surviving are her husband, Charles C., one daughter, Mrs. George CLINGAN of Fairfield, two sons, Herold C. of Ollie and Frank E. of Richland, and 12 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two brothers, John R. FYE of Ollie and Elbert G. FYE of Las Vegas, Nevada, and two sisters, Mrs. Cora PICKERING and Daisy Mae BOTTGER, both of Ollie. A brother, Floyd Pierce FYE, preceded her in death.

Note: Osee is buried in Ollie Cemetery, in Keokuk County, IA.
