Roxie FORDYCE, 90, died at 8:30 a.m. today at Nelson Nursing Home where she had lived since Oct. 3, 1978. Funeral arrangements are pending at Raymond Funeral Home.

Services for Roxie FORDYCE, long-time Fairfield resident, will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the United Presbyterian Church.
The Rev. Carl Riggs will officiate and internment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Raymond Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
Roxie FORDYCE, 90, died at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Nelson Nursing Home where she had been a resident for some time. The family home is at 307 E. Broadway.
She was born July 29, 1888, at Loraine, Ill., the daughter of John and Ruth CHANDLER, and was reared and educated in Illinois, Minnesota and Iowa. After living a number of years at Duluth, Minn., she came to Fairfield in 1909.
Her marriage to Dr. Chester FORDYCE took place Oct. 31, 1917. He died Aug. 8, 1961.
Mrs. FORDYCE was a member of the United Presbyterian Church, Order of Eastern Star and Abracadabra.
She is survived by one son, John W. FORDYCE, Royal Oaks, Mich.; three grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Norman BALL, Omaha, and Gertrude MOLYNEAUX, Chicago, Ill.
Mrs. FORDYCE was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF ROXIE L. FORDYCE, DECEASED:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 11TH DAY OF JUNE, 1979, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ROXIE L. FORDYCE, DECEASED BEARING DATE OF THE 30TH DAY OF MARCH, 1977, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT JOHN W. FORDYCE WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF SAID ESTATE.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
