Rites Wednesday For Mrs. SPRAY

Last rites will be Wednesday for Mrs. Mayme SPRAY, native of Fairfield who passed away Sunday at the Nelson Nursing Home. Her death came at 12:32 p.m.

She had been in failing health for the past five years but her death was sudden and unexpected.

The services Wednesday will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Hoyt Whitebread officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mary A. (Mayme) SPRAY, 81, was born May 9, 1885, in Fairfield, the daughter of George and Catherine A. CATON TURNER. She was reared and educated in Fairfield and married Anuel T. (Brigham) SPRAY in 1907. He preceded his wife in death on Jan. 23, 1948.

Before entering the Nursing Home Mrs. SPRAY lived at 1006 W. Hempstead.

Mrs. SPRAY is survived by one daughter, Mrs. William MARTIN, Palm City, Fla.; also two sons, Harold of Mount Pleasant and Glenn, Fairfield. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and one brother, A. E. TURNER, Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by two sons, one daughter and two brothers.
