Mary D. DIEPHUIS

Mary D. DIEPHUIS, 54, of Burlington, died Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

A memorial service was held Saturday.

Arrangements are in the care of Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City.

Survivors include her husband, John DIEPHUIS; three children, Misty, Paulie and Cindel; two sisters, Frances SCHOLL and Peggy FERNETI; and two brothers, Otto and Donald WARD.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Sheryl COCHRAN; and one brother, Rodney WARD.
