Rites pending for M. BLACK

Myrle E. BLACK, 73, 603 S. Fourth, died at 4:25 p.m. Friday at the Jefferson County Hospital.

Last rites are pending at the Behner Funeral Home.

M. E. BLACK rites set

Services for Myrle E. BLACK, 73, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry D. Yancey officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Family visitation will be 7 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. BLACK died at 4:25 p.m. Friday at the Jefferson County Hospital after an illness the past two months.

Myrle E. BLACK was born June 28, 1908, in Stanley County, S.D., the daughter of Thomas C. and Florence E. BOGUE HAMMANS. She was married to J. Kinzie BLACK Aug. 19, 1929, in Creston. He died May 1, 1975.

She had lived in the Fairfield Community for over 40 years and was a member of the Suburban Heights Baptist Church.

Survivors include two brothers; Wayne (sic - Arnold Wayne) and Edwin C. HAMMANS, both of Fairfield. She was preceded in death by three brothers.

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MYRLE E. BLACK, A.K.A MYRLE BLACK OR MYRLE EDNA BLACK, DECEASED

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF MYRLE E. BLACK, DECEASED:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 12TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1981, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MYRLE E. BLACK, DECEASED, BEARING DATE OF THE 26TH DAY OF JUNE, 1981, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT FIRST NATIONAL BANK IN FAIRFIELD WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF SAID ESTATE.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ALL PERSONS INDEBTED TO SAID ESTATE ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT TO THE UNDERSIGNED, AND CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST SAID ESTATE SHALL FILE THEM WITH THE CLERK OF THE ABOVE NAMED DISTRICT COURT, AS PROVIDED BY LAW, DULY AUTHENTICATED, FOR ALLOWANCE; AND UNLESS SO FILED WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE (UNLESS OTHERWISE ALLOWED OR PAID) SUCH CLAIM SHALL THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
