Paul PATTISON Taken In Death

Paul E. PATTISON, 61, 601 E. Lowe street, died at 6:45 a.m. today at the Jefferson County hospital following a heart attack. PATTISON ahd been seriously ill for three days.

Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

PATTISON had been employed at the local Philco plant for 14 years. He was a truck operator in the machine shop. He was a member of the First Christian church and Jefferson Lodge No. 4, IOOF.

PATTISON was born March 18, 1899 in Fairfield, the son of Craig and Eliza STOUT PATTISON. He was married to Pearl ABBEY Feb. 1, 1930 at Spencer.

He is survived by his wife and the following children: the Rev. Robert C. PATTISON, Madrid; Richard G. PATTISON, Washington; and Donna PATTISON, Fairfield.

Other survivors are two step children, Dale ABBEY, Santa Clara, Calif., and Mrs. Helen HAMMOND, Minneapolis, Minn., eight grandchildren and one sister, Edna PATTISON, Fairfield. One brother preceded him in death.

Note: Wife Pearl was previously married, to Rex P. ABBEY who died in 1928. Her maiden name was SAWVEL. Paul is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, in Lot 3rd.127, with Pearl, her first husband Rex, and her mother Iva.
