MRS. C KRUGER DIES AT HOME

Funeral Services at Campbell Funeral Home on Wed., 2:30 p.m.

Alpha Alice KRUGER (sic - KRUEGER on her gravestone), 70, passed away at her home in Batavia at 8:45 p.m. Sunday. She had been seriously ill for the past week.

Funeral services will be held at the Campbell Funeral home in Batavia Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in charge of the Rev. W. W. Stanley of the Christian church. Burial will be in Fairfield in the Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. KRUGER (sic) moved to the Batavia community in 1922. She was a member of the Batavia chapter of O. E. S. and of the White Shrine of Ottumwa.

She is survived by her husband C. E. KRUGER (sic - Charles Emil Johann Adolf KRUEGER), and one son Wayne. Her father, mother and one brother preceded her in death.

Note: She was a daughter of Aaron and Harriet CARBAUGH. She is buried with husband Charles, who died in 1946, in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, in Lot 2nd.229, the same lot as her parents.
