Gail MICKELS

Gail MICKELS, 51, of Fairfield, died Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2011, at home.

A private family gathering was held at Raymond Funeral Home. The body has been cremated.

Mrs. MICKELS was born April 7, 1960, in Maywood/Bell, Calif., the daughter of Donald and Aurora MAHEUX VIOLETTE. She married Dave MICKELS in Las Vegas, Nev.

Mrs. MICKELS graduated from Workman High School in California and attended Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa. She was a homemaker and had lived in the Keosauqua and Lockridge areas before moving to Fairfield.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter: Amanda of Fairfield; two sons: David and Joseph of Fairfield; one stepson: Dennis MICKELS and wife Paige of Missouri; her father of Fairfield; one sister: Sandra WALDON of Fairfield; one brother: Don of California; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother and one son: Richie.

Gail MICKELS, 51, of Fairfield, died Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2011, at home.

A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Friends Church in Richland.
