Sandra Rae DUDLEY, 63, of Fairfield, formerly of Richland, died early Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.
A graveside memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Richland Friends Cemetery.
General memorials may be taken to the service or may be mailed to the family at 107 E. South St., Richland 52585.
Arrangements are in the care of Gould Funeral Home of Richland.
Mrs. DUDLEY was born July 30, 1948, in Lake City, the daughter of Harlan Alvin and Thelma Rose BRANDEL DUDLEY. She married Elmer LEIBHART Jan. 30, 1999, in Richland. He died June 30, 2009.
Mrs. DUDLEY grew up in St. Louis Park, Minn., and graduated from high school in 1966. She graduated from Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa in 1977 and became a registered nurse. She worked at several nursing homes, including Sunnyslope, Vista Wood and Ottumwa Manor.
Mrs. DUDLEY helped as a 4-H leader.
Survivors include two children, Ann RANDOLPH of Richland and James HEASLEY of Agency; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Mike and Jim DUDLEY, both of Minneapolis, Minn.; one sister, Pat BOWER of Minneapolis, Minn.; and her mother of Minneapolis, Minn.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her father and one great-granddaughter.
