Bonnie Mae Belle HOFFMAN

Bonnie Mae Belle HOFFMAN, 78, of Iola, Wis., died Monday, Aug. 29, 2011, at St. Michaels Hospital in Stevens Point, Wis.

A service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Iola, with the Rev. Dennis Olson officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

Mrs. HOFFMAN was born Feb. 23, 1933, in Iola, Wis., the daughter of Frank and Margaret ENGEBRETSON SCHMIDT. She married Marvin HOFFMAN in 1976. He died in 1996.

Mrs. HOFFMAN lived in Fairfield for many years and moved back to Iola three years ago.

Survivors include one son: Jerry JOHNSON of Iola; two sisters: Sharon PETERSON of Iola and Marjorie WRIGHT of Janesville; four stepchildren: Mark HOFFMAN and wife Missy of Fairfield, Kerry SIX of Ireland, Cathy BUFFORD of Fairfield and Kim BRADFIELD and husband Ron of Fairfield; 10 stepgrandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and one son: Dennis JOHNSON.
